Our order was ready when we picked up. Food was tasty!!! Don't really care for their chicken sandwich. They should try a different way of preparing it. Too dry!!!

Way overpriced for what it is. Definitely not worth $45 for 3 burgers. First and last time at Teddy's.1. Cold buns right out of the door.2. No napkins with the order.3. Meet not cooked properly.4. Charging extra for .25 for ranch.5. Toilet? Go to Starbucks.Two for $6 at Mc Donald's is much better value in my opinion.

I ordered a big burger with bacon and pepper jack cheese. Got home, the bun was cold, like out of the fridge cold, and soggy. Couldn't even hold the buger. I live 2 blocks away. Got American cheese instead of pepper jack and the girl there is not very friendly or nice. She can get another job that doesn't require people skills. She was quite rude to the Japanese tourist, which without them, she wouldn't have a job.Go to McDonald's, definitely better than what I paid for!

They are so friendly and food is nice and hot and fresh. Portions are great size. Very filling and the shakes are awsome.

Huge burgers for the beef lover. Toppings are fresh and the bun is nice. I'm from MY where we have lots of burger places. This one is right up there with the best of them.

It was my first visit there and definitely won't be my last! I was a little confused on ordering because of so many options. I ordered the smaller burger with all the fixings and it was huge! Definitely a messy, succulent mouthfuls of deliciousness! Even forgot to take a pic because I drove into it right away!

Don't get me wrong, the food is good friendly staff. The problem is that the chef does not know how to cook a burger. Ask for well done get it raw. I like a bit of pink to a burger but raw in the middle just doesn't work for me. If that's the case why ask me how I would like it cooked. I keep going back hoping for that perfect burger but keep coming up short.

Great burger but very Pricey! I had a Bacon Avocado burger(as a wrap) and small drink for $17.00!!

Burgers are sloppy and service is slow. However they have exceptional seating and selection of drinks. come here if you want something easy to eat but won't stoop enough to go to Jack in the box or burger king

Teddys bigger burger Kailua location. When placing my order I specifically told the female worker to charge me extra for ranch sauce. I wanted 2 ranch sauces I like to dip my fries as well as my chicken tenders in ranch sauce. When I got my order no sauces was in the basket. I must've told her about 3 times to charge me for extra ranch sauce because the music was loud. I ask her for sauce and she makes a big deal out of it to check my receipt if I paid for it. The Ewa Beach and Kaneohe locations no problem excellent customer service. And oh by the way I spent well over 25 dollars and she couldn't even give me an extra sauce. Maybe she needs to be retrained needs to use better judgment.

We visited Teddy’s Bigger Burgers on a trip to Oahu in September 2018. It was a good lunch experience. The meals were a little pricey ($30 for two people – 2 burgers, 2 fries, two sodas), but the food was good and hey, it’s Hawaii (so it’s probably going to be a little pricey). This was a perfect place to hit up after checking out nearby Lanikai Brewing Company, post-kayaking to the Mokulua Islands. It’s near Lanikai Beach as well, so it’s a convenient location. We were pretty hungry and although the meal was expensive for what I would consider to be high-quality fast food, the portions were plenty. The food was ready in a timely manner. The burgers were nice and juicy, with fresh toppings, and the fries were good. This was a great place for solid service and good food.

Had just the "basic" 1/3 pound burger. Delicious! The files were good and the catsup had a special taste to it ( or maybe just eating in Hawaii me it seem so. We tried sitting outside but the wind and the aggressive scavenger pigeons were too much. It's a small place with a small parking lot but we snuck into the lot next door.Would definitely go again.

You have to try a milkshake if you haven't already! Absolutely the most yummiest thing. The coffee flavor is one to remember.

I love the food here. I'm a fan of the veggie burger, but their specialty is beef, and it's good I hear. This is not a fast food place, you really can customize your burger with many unique and tasty extras. Lots of combinations too match your mood. I would never think of Teddy's as a place to get healthy food, though I suppose that you can pick healthier options. The garlic butter fries are about as decadent and greasy as they sound - they're topped with a sprinkle of parmesan to add a nice cheesy flavor. Comfort food heaven!

Teddy's burgers, what can I say but yum! I first moved to this island 8 months ago and this was one of the first places I've tried too be honest I haven't to go anywhere else for burgers. The burgers are all wonderfully crafted with a smokey flavor from their seasoning all made to order. Every burger I have had from here has been cooked perfectly to my specifications would recommened this place makes me cry everytime i eat here. Shout out to the big dude he's very helpful and nice.

Kilauea fire style medium rare meat. It was delicious and juicy . Nice place ,love the background music. It was just a bit too overpriced.

Aloha! Love the burgers here all day. Staff nice and friendly. Only negative is that seating can be limited during busy hours but there's outside seating. No restrooms but you can go to Starbucks around the corner.

My first visit: OK burgers. Not much beef flavor, since they claim 'Ground Chuck'. Asked for grilled onions-Not grilled. Sandwich was dry, since they neglected to add their 'special sauce'. Dining room- miserably hot with heat index today of 97. Employee tells me, its been out for 3 months. Did not enjoy my experience.

A lot better than both Mc'donalds and Burger king.

After a 9 year hiatus due to moving back to the mainland, we were finally able to eat at Teddy's Bigger Burgers today! And it's every bit as good as our memories thought it was! This place can go toe to toe with places like 5 Guys and come out on top. It was worth the drive from Waikele to Kailua back then, and definitley worth revisiting on vacation now. We wish the owners continued success and will hope to be back again on the next trip. Thank you for the meal and memories!

This location was excellent and clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was very busy and the foods was fresh and hot, just out from the grill. We have been to the Kaneohe location twice and we'll never go back.

Both volume and taste are satisfying with local feeling.

I had the Nom Nom burger (garlic burger, bacon, Swiss cheese, and grilled onions). It was pretty darn good! The fries were crisp, seasoned well, and hot. The onion rings were beer battered, but surprisingly didn’t have much flavor? On a side note: there is no bathroom in the restaurant so if you have to go, the Starbucks in the same shopping complex is where you are gonna have to do your business.

Teddy's is a solid burger spot. It has a fast food feel, but the quality is better. There's a good veggie burger option and we always leave pleasantly full.

Keto strong low carb half pound bigger burger with bacon and avocado... soooo good. Feeling great after that one, and will feel even better after the next, thank you Teddy's for havin it my way! I got this.

The good: Great menu and food combos with the Bacado. Generous portion of avo, the tater tots were great, and the buns are pretty darn good.The bad: All our burgers were over cooked to the well done and dry temp. I certainly did not specify so shame on me but I also was not asked. You just cant over cook a burger if you run a burger joint. Could have been a touch cleaner but not bad considering. Nice staff.
